The Secret Is Out!!
02/26/2009 Well, the secret is finally out – the season finale of Top Chef was filmed here at Commander’s Palace. It was quite an experience. After working with the fantastic producers Liz Cook and Nan Strait for several months it all came together beautifully and the restaurant transformed into a Hollywood set overnight.

The Hissy Fit
2 ounces vodka 1 ounces Passion fruit syrup 1 ounces orange juice Ginger beer Combine the vodka, passion fruit syrup and orange juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour entire contents into a high ball glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with an orange slice. Serve immediately.
