  4. Satsuma Scotch Old Fashioned

    1 slice of sat­suma orange 1 maraschino cherry 1 sugar cube 3–4 drops Gary Regan’s orange bit­ters ½ oz  sim­ple syrup 2 oz Dewar’s Scotch In a rocks glass, mud­dle sat­suma, cherry and sugar cube.  Add bit­ters, sim­ple syrup and Dewar’s.  Add ice and serve imme­di­ately. — from Cafe Adelaide

    5–6 black­ber­ries 1 oz pas­sion­fruit syrup ½ ouce fresh lime juice 2 ounces of Sailor Jerry rum In a cock­tail shaker, mud­dle the black­ber­ries with the pas­sion­fruit syrup.  Add lime juice and rum.  Add ice, shake well and strain into a rocks glass.  Fill with crushed ice and gar­nish with 2–3 black­ber­ries on top of cocktail. […]

  7. Perfect New Orleans Manhattan

    2 ounce Wood­ford Reserve bour­bon whiskey ½ ounce dry ver­mouth ½ ounce  sweet ver­mouth 2 dashes Angos­tura bit­ters 2 dashes Fee Bros orange bit­ters Com­bine all ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker.  Stir until well chilled (approx­i­mately 20 turns).  Pour into rocks glass.  Gar­nish with a cherry, brandied if available.

    In a rocks glass mud­dle… ½ slice orange 1 sugar cube 1 Maraschino cherry 2 drops Angos­tura bit­ters 1 ½ oz Jim Beam In a rocks glass mud­dle orange, sugar, cherry and bit­ters.  Add Jim Beam and rocks, top with soda.  No garnish.
