  5. Vieux Carre Cocktail

    1 ounce rye whiskey 1 ounce cognac 1 ounce sweet ver­mouth 2 dashes Peychaud’s bit­ters 2 dashes Angos­tura bit­ters 1/2 tea­spoon Bene­dic­tine Com­bine all ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker with ice and shake vig­or­ously.  Strain into a chilled mar­tini glass and serve immediately.

  6. Ramos Gin Fizz

    2 ounces half and half 1  1/2 ounce gin 1/2 ounce sim­ple syrup 1 tea­spoon fresh lemon juice 1 tea­spoon fresh lime juice 1 large egg white 1 dash orange flower extract 1 drop vanilla extract Com­bine all ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shake and shake vig­or­ously until frothy.  Strain into a rocks glass (with­out ice) and serve immediately.

  7. Hina

    2 ounces Mal­ibu Rum 1/2 ounce Cruzan dark rum 1/2 ounce Cre­ole Shrubb 2 ounces fresh pineap­ple juice Com­bine all ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker with ice and shake well.  Strain into a rocks glass and add ice.  Gar­nish with slice of pineap­ple speared with cherry and umbrella.

  8. Flower Girl

    1/2 ounce Sor­rel Flower syrup 1 1/2 ounce 44 deg. North Huck­le­berry vodka 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice Gin­ger ale Fill a rocks glass with ice.  Com­bine syrup, vodka and lemon juice in a cock­tail shake and shake well.  Strain mix­ture into glass and fill with ginger ale.

    2 ounces Godiva Choco­late liqueur 1 ounce Bailey’s Irish cream (orig­i­nal) 1 ounce vodka 1 squeeze choco­late syrup 2 ounces heavy cream Com­bine ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker with ice and shake well.  Strain into a chilled mar­tini glass and serve immediately.
