Vieux Carre Cocktail
1 ounce rye whiskey 1 ounce cognac 1 ounce sweet vermouth 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters 2 dashes Angostura bitters 1/2 teaspoon Benedictine Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve immediately.

Ramos Gin Fizz
2 ounces half and half 1 1/2 ounce gin 1/2 ounce simple syrup 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice 1 large egg white 1 dash orange flower extract 1 drop vanilla extract Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shake and shake vigorously until frothy. Strain into a rocks glass (without ice) and serve immediately.

Hina
2 ounces Malibu Rum 1/2 ounce Cruzan dark rum 1/2 ounce Creole Shrubb 2 ounces fresh pineapple juice Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass and add ice. Garnish with slice of pineapple speared with cherry and umbrella.

Flower Girl
1/2 ounce Sorrel Flower syrup 1 1/2 ounce 44 deg. North Huckleberry vodka 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice Ginger ale Fill a rocks glass with ice. Combine syrup, vodka and lemon juice in a cocktail shake and shake well. Strain mixture into glass and fill with ginger ale.

2 ounces Godiva Chocolate liqueur 1 ounce Bailey’s Irish cream (original) 1 ounce vodka 1 squeeze chocolate syrup 2 ounces heavy cream Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve immediately.
