    (named for the com­poser of the Bar­ber of Seville) 2 oz straw­berry juice or straw­berry puree 4 oz Pros­ecco Pour the straw­berry juice or straw­berry puree into a cham­pagne flute. Slowly add the Prosecco.

    3 ounces Aperol 1 ounce Pros­ecco 1 ounce club soda One slice blood orange In an ice-filled rocks glass, stir together the Aperol, Pros­ecco and club soda. Gar­nish with the blood orange.

  7. Casablanca Cocktail

    2 ounce Bom­bay Dry Gin ¾ ounce Sour Mix ½ ounce Coin­treau splash Cran­berry juice 4 dashes Cran/Orange bit­ters lemon twist Shake and strain into chilled mar­tini glass.  Gar­nish with long lemon twist.
