Rossini
(named for the composer of the Barber of Seville) 2 oz strawberry juice or strawberry puree 4 oz Prosecco Pour the strawberry juice or strawberry puree into a champagne flute. Slowly add the Prosecco.

Aperol Spritz
3 ounces Aperol 1 ounce Prosecco 1 ounce club soda One slice blood orange In an ice-filled rocks glass, stir together the Aperol, Prosecco and club soda. Garnish with the blood orange.

Casablanca Cocktail
2 ounce Bombay Dry Gin ¾ ounce Sour Mix ½ ounce Cointreau splash Cranberry juice 4 dashes Cran/Orange bitters lemon twist Shake and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with long lemon twist.
