Last night in Umbria on the upper ter­race of Le Torri di Bag­nara, I enjoyed the most beau­ti­ful view of the moun­tain side as well as a won­der­ful cocktail.

Every night of my stay the lovely Lucia, the man­ager of this won­der­ful resort, made me clas­sic cock­tails.  So on the last night she made one of her own up.  So here’s the Lucia.

Fill a cham­pagne flute with
½ oz. Peach Juice
½ oz. Cherry Juice
Add Pros­ecco to fill flute
Top with a few pieces of chopped fresh peaches
