Last night in Umbria on the upper terrace of Le Torri di Bagnara, I enjoyed the most beautiful view of the mountain side as well as a wonderful cocktail.
Every night of my stay the lovely Lucia, the manager of this wonderful resort, made me classic cocktails. So on the last night she made one of her own up. So here’s the Lucia.
Fill a champagne flute with
½ oz. Peach Juice
½ oz. Cherry Juice
Add Prosecco to fill flute
Top with a few pieces of chopped fresh peaches
