Fox8-TV, Café Ade­laide & The Swiz­zle Stick Bar and The Loews New Orleans Hotel spon­sored a con­test  and crowned  win­ners, the Drew Beez, on Septe­me­ber 7,2010 at Cafe Ade­laide. The win­ners received a fan­tas­tic prize package:2 tick­ets to Thurs­day 9/9 sea­son opener of the Saints vs. Vikings game at the Dome, Café Ade­laide & the Loews New Orleans Hotel “Liv­ing Like a Local” Package: 2 nights in a Grand Lux­ury room at the Loews New Orleans Hotel, Welcome cock­tails at the Swiz­zle Stick Bar, Dinner for 2 at Café Adelaide, Breakfast for 2 at Mother’s Restaurant, Lunch at Commander’s Palace, Café Au Lait and Beignets for 2 at Café Du Monde, Cocktails at Pat O’Brien’s in the French Quarter, An auto­graphed copy of In the Land of Cock­tails: Recipes and Adven­tures from the Cock­tail Chicks by Ti Ade­laide Mar­tin and Lally Brennan

Every­one had a great time and enjoyed Chef Chris Lusk’s won­der­ful “dressed-up” tail­gat­ing hors d’oeuvres: Andouille in Puff Pastry, Duck Con­fit & Manchego  Nachos, Roasted Golden Tomato & Smoked Moz­zarella Flat Bread. Bar Chef Lu Brow newest Saints cock­tail the Fin­ish Strong was delicious.

The Who Dats were a fan favorite.

Lally & Ti enjoy­ing the fes­tiv­i­ties, with their cus­tome made capes.
