Wow! So cool that Top Chef was in Commanders kitchen! You can see the camera crew in the background in the kitchen, love it. And it was a blast to see Ti and Chef Tory in the finale episode. Alligator, seriously? Chef Tory, I’ll probably be trying the drink recipe first… well at least until my local market gets gator in the deli counter. Glad you served them some great cocktails to make the evening perfect.

Lu Brow has a great Bloody Mary recipe similar to this one and I love her garnishing style, almost a pickled salad on top. She did mention to add beef broth along with homemade beef jerky swizzle stick! So with that said, after watching this, can you garnish with alligator jerky?

I will admit, it was pretty cool to see the arrogant guy have to cook with an alligator and then pull it off. I wouldn’t know what to do with that! I cooked a turkey that I shot one year and um, it didn’t go well. Maybe I should read the cookbook on wild game.
