    Wow! So cool that Top Chef was in Com­man­ders kitchen! You can see the cam­era crew in the back­ground in the kitchen, love it. And it was a blast to see Ti and Chef Tory in the finale episode. Alli­ga­tor, seri­ously? Chef Tory, I’ll prob­a­bly be try­ing the drink recipe first… well at least until my local mar­ket gets gator in the deli counter. Glad you served them some great cock­tails to make the evening perfect.

    Lu Brow has a great Bloody Mary recipe sim­i­lar to this one and I love her gar­nish­ing style, almost a pick­led salad on top. She did men­tion to add beef broth along with home­made beef jerky swiz­zle stick! So with that said, after watch­ing this, can you gar­nish with alli­ga­tor jerky? :)

    What an amaz­ing coup for Commander’s! It was so excit­ing to watch the finale Top Chef and see the entire ITLOC gang. This was such a treat!!!

    I will admit, it was pretty cool to see the arro­gant guy have to cook with an alli­ga­tor and then pull it off. I wouldn’t know what to do with that! I cooked a turkey that I shot one year and um, it didn’t go well. Maybe I should read the cook­book on wild game.
