both peychaud's and angostura? a blasphemous combination. pick one and vote for it in the next election. as for the rye, Old-O and Sazerac are fine (don't let the name on the latter fool you into thinking it's got a lock), but I prefer the Wild Turkey 101 Rye and please, chill the glass and discard the

I just left New Orleans and I now “Know what it means…”. I love the website. I have your book, but the sights and sounds will keep my NO fix coming until I come back again. My last lunch was at Commander’s. What an exit!
