Audrey Saunder’s Gin Gin Mule
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
6 mint sprigs
1/5 oz Bombay gin
¾ oz ginger beer
Muddle lime, simple syrup and mint in a cocktail shaker. Add gin and ginger beer. Shake well, pour over ice in a highball glass. Top with soda and garnish with a wedge of lime.
