Aviation Cocktail
In a shaker combine…
2 ozs Beefeater gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 bar teaspoon Maraschino liqueur
1 bar teaspoon Creme de Violette.
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. No garnish.
