Honey Pot

2 oz Gin
1/2 oz lime, lemon, fresh orange juice, gin­ger syrup (which you can make your­self or buy either online or at your local spe­cialty gro­cery) — equal parts of all.

Shake and strain over three cracked ice cubes.

Top with shaved ice, three shakes of Angos­tura bit­ters and a driz­zle of Honey.

    I love it. Please give us more from Miss Lu Brow also, I look for her every­time I am down by the Swiz­zle Stick. She is among the best bar­tenders in the South!

    That’s really nice. i´ll load my shaker with the ingre­di­ents this week­end and shake it to the guest at the cock­tail party i´m bar­tend­ing to.
