Mai Tai

1 ounce Mt. Gay Rum
1 ounce Myer’s Dark Rum
1/2 ounce orange cura­cao
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/4 ounce sim­ple syrup
1/4 ounce orgeat syrup
1 mint sprig for gar­nish
1 orange slice
1 Maraschino cherry

Com­bine ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker over ice and shake well.  Strain into coconut or tiki glass.  Fill glass with crushed ice.  Gar­nish with a mint spring. a cherry and an orange slice.
