Old Fashioned (NOLA Style)
In a rocks glass muddle…
½ slice orange
1 sugar cube
1 Maraschino cherry
2 drops Angostura bitters
1 ½ oz Jim Beam
In a rocks glass muddle orange, sugar, cherry and bitters. Add Jim Beam and rocks, top with soda. No garnish.
