Perfect New Orleans Manhattan
2 ounce Woodford Reserve bourbon whiskey
½ ounce dry vermouth
½ ounce sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes Fee Bros orange bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Stir until well chilled (approximately 20 turns). Pour into rocks glass. Garnish with a cherry, brandied if available.
