Ramos Gin Fizz
2 ounces half and half
1 1/2 ounce gin
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 large egg white
1 dash orange flower extract
1 drop vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shake and shake vigorously until frothy. Strain into a rocks glass (without ice) and serve immediately.
