Satsuma Scotch Old Fashioned
1 slice of satsuma orange
1 maraschino cherry
1 sugar cube
3–4 drops Gary Regan’s orange bitters
½ oz simple syrup
2 oz Dewar’s Scotch
In a rocks glass, muddle satsuma, cherry and sugar cube. Add bitters, simple syrup and Dewar’s. Add ice and serve immediately.
