Singapore Sling
1 ½ oz Tanqueray gin
½ oz cherry brandy
¼ oz Cointreau
¼ oz Benedictine
2 oz pineapple juice
1 dash of Angostura bitters
2 dashes grenadine
½ oz fresh lime juice
Splash of club soda
Orange slice, for garnish
Lime slice, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Combine gin, brandy, Cointreau, Benedictine, pineapple juice, bitters, grenadine and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a highball glass. Splash club soda on top. Add ice. Garnish with and orange, lime and cherry.
