The Calvados Cocktail
1 ½ oz Calvados
1 ½ oz orange juice
¾ oz Cointreau
¾ oz Gary Regan’s orange bitters
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
