Whiskey Peach Smash
4 small peach quarters
3 mint leaves
3 lemon pieces
1 ounce water
1/2 ounce simple syrup
3 ounces Canadian Whiskey
1 sprig fresh mint
peach slice, for garnish
Muddle all ingredients except the whiskey in a bar glass. Add the whiskey and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with a sprig of mint and the peach slice.
