Vieux Carre Cocktail
1 ounce rye whiskey
1 ounce cognac
1 ounce sweet vermouth
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1/2 teaspoon Benedictine
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve immediately. -
Widow’s Kiss
1 1/2 ozs Calvados
3/4 oz Green Chartreuse
3/4 oz Benedictine
2 dashes Angostura bitters -

½ oz fresh lime juice
