5–6 blackberries 1 oz passionfruit syrup ½ ouce fresh lime juice 2 ounces of Sailor Jerry rum In a cocktail shaker, muddle the blackberries with the passionfruit syrup. Add lime juice and rum. Old Fashioned (NOLA Style)
In a rocks glass muddle… ½ slice orange 1 sugar cube 1 Maraschino cherry 2 drops Angostura bitters 1 ½ oz Jim Beam In a rocks glass muddle orange, sugar, cherry and bitters. Add Jim Beam and rocks, top with soda. No garnish.

2 slices orange 1 slice lemon 2 ounces Woodford Reserve whiskey ½ ounce orange curacao 3 dashes Angostura bitters ½ oz simple syrup Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker and muddle. Be careful not to overmuddle. Strain over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with 1 slice each of lemon and orange.

2 ounces Plymouth gin 1 ounce orange juice 1 ounce pineapple juice ¾ ounce lemon juice ½ ounce simple syrup 1 dash Angostura bitters Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon and silk flower (optional).
