  3. Satsuma Scotch Old Fashioned

    1 slice of sat­suma orange 1 maraschino cherry 1 sugar cube 3–4 drops Gary Regan’s orange bit­ters ½ oz  sim­ple syrup 2 oz Dewar’s Scotch In a rocks glass, mud­dle sat­suma, cherry and sugar cube.  Add bit­ters, sim­ple syrup and Dewar’s.  Add ice and serve imme­di­ately. — from Cafe Adelaide

  4. Sailor Jerry’s Snowball

    5–6 black­ber­ries 1 oz pas­sion­fruit syrup ½ ouce fresh lime juice 2 ounces of Sailor Jerry rum In a cock­tail shaker, mud­dle the black­ber­ries with the pas­sion­fruit syrup.  Add lime juice and rum.  Add ice, shake well and strain into a rocks glass.  Fill with crushed ice and gar­nish with 2–3 black­ber­ries on top of cocktail. […]

  5. Prytania Street Punch

    1 oz Apple­ton rum 1 oz Cruzan light rum 1 oz orange juice 1 oz pinepap­ple juice Small splash of grena­dine Build drink in large bev­er­age glass.  Stir, add ice and splash of grena­dine and gar­nish with 2–3 cher­ries, slices of lime, orange. — from Cafe Adelaide

  6. Old Fashioned (NOLA Style)

    In a rocks glass mud­dle… ½ slice orange 1 sugar cube 1 Maraschino cherry 2 drops Angos­tura bit­ters 1 ½ oz Jim Beam In a rocks glass mud­dle orange, sugar, cherry and bit­ters.  Add Jim Beam and rocks, top with soda.  No garnish.

  7. Marlene Dietrich

    2 slices orange 1 slice lemon 2 ounces Wood­ford Reserve whiskey ½ ounce orange cura­cao 3 dashes Angos­tura bit­ters ½ oz sim­ple syrup Pour ingre­di­ents into a cock­tail shaker and mud­dle. Be care­ful not to over­mud­dle.  Strain over ice in a rocks glass and gar­nish with 1 slice each of lemon and orange.

  8. Honolulu Cocktail

    2 ounces Ply­mouth gin 1 ounce orange juice 1 ounce pineap­ple juice ¾ ounce lemon juice ½ ounce sim­ple syrup 1 dash Angos­tura bit­ters Com­bine ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a mar­tini glass and gar­nish with a twist of lemon and silk flower (optional).

    1 ½ ounce vodka 4 ounce fresh orange juice Gal­liano floater Orange slice for gar­nish Pour vodka and orange juice into a high­ball glass, fill glass with ice and fill to the top float Gal­liano.  Gar­nish with orange slice. — from Cafe Adelaide

  10. Golden Cadillac

    1 oz Gal­liano 1 oz white creme de cocoa 2 oz heavy cream Com­bine ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker, add ice and shake.  Strain into chilled mar­tini glass, dust with cin­na­mon as gar­nish (optional).
