2 ozs Plymouth gin 1 ounce St. Germain .5 ozs lemon juice .5 oz simple syrup Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a flower (optional).

1 oz orange juice 1 oz lime 1 oz orgeat 1 oz Plymouth gin 1 oz brandy 1 oz passion fruit mixture ½ oz falernum Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Pour into tiki glass, add ice and garnish with lime, cherries, and an umbrella.
