1 oz Wild Turkey — American Honey Champagne Pour Wild Turkey in a champagne glass. Fill the glass 3/4 of the way with a semi dry champagne (we use Piper Sonoma)

Oh What A Night
1 1/2 ounces Sazerac rye whiskey 1 ounce sweet vermouth 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice 3/4 ounce pomegranate grenadine 1 ounce sparkling wine or champagne Combine all ingredients in an iced cocktail shaker. ½ oz vodka ½ oz triple sec 1 oz pineapple juice 2 oz champagne Combine vodka, triple sec and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker, shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Float champagne on top, garnish with a cherry. — from Cafe Adelaide

Champagne Cocktail
1 sugar cube 6 quick dashes Angostura bitters Chilled champagne, to fill the glass Lemon twist for garnish Place the sugar cube in the bottle of a Champagne glass and drop the bitters onto it. Fill the glass with champagne and garnish with the twist. Serve immediately.
