    1 oz Wild Turkey — Amer­i­can Honey
    Cham­pagne
    Pour Wild Turkey in a cham­pagne glass.  Fill the glass 3/4 of the way with a semi dry cham­pagne (we use Piper Sonoma)

  3. Oh What A Night

    1 1/2 ounces Saz­erac rye whiskey
    1 ounce sweet ver­mouth
    3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
    3/4 ounce pome­gran­ate grena­dine
    1 ounce sparkling wine or cham­pagne
    Com­bine all ingre­di­ents in an iced cock­tail shaker.  Shake well and strain into a chilled cock­tail or mar­tini glass.  Gar­nish with a twist of lemon.

  4. Flirtini

    ½ oz vodka
    ½ oz triple sec
    1 oz pineap­ple juice
    2 oz cham­pagne
    Com­bine vodka, triple sec and pineap­ple juice in a cock­tail shaker, shake well and strain into a chilled mar­tini glass.  Float cham­pagne on top, gar­nish with a cherry.

  7. Champagne Cocktail

    1 sugar cube
    6 quick dashes Angos­tura bit­ters
    Chilled cham­pagne, to fill the glass
    Lemon twist for gar­nish
    Place the sugar cube in the bot­tle of a Cham­pagne glass and drop the bit­ters onto it.  Fill the glass with cham­pagne and gar­nish with the twist.
    Serve immediately.
