    1 slice of tan­ger­ine 1/3 of a slice of grape­fruit 1/2 oz Sim­ple Syrup 1  1/2 oz Rare Breed Wild Turkey In a rocks glass mud­dle the tan­ger­ine and grape­fruit.  Add Sim­ple syrup and Wild Turkey and ice.  Gar­nish with a slice of tan­ger­ine. — from Commander’s Palace Destin, FL

    1 oz. Stoli vanilla vodka 3/4 oz.   7. The Secret Is Out!!

    02/26/2009 Well, the secret is finally out – the sea­son finale of Top Chef was filmed here at Commander’s Palace.  It was quite an expe­ri­ence.  After work­ing with the fan­tas­tic pro­duc­ers Liz Cook and Nan Strait for sev­eral months it all came together beau­ti­fully and the restau­rant trans­formed into a Hol­ly­wood set overnight.
