  4. Ramos Gin Fizz

    2 ounces half and half 1  1/2 ounce gin 1/2 ounce sim­ple syrup 1 tea­spoon fresh lemon juice 1 tea­spoon fresh lime juice 1 large egg white 1 dash orange flower extract 1 drop vanilla extract Com­bine all ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shake and shake vig­or­ously until frothy.  Strain into a rocks glass (with­out ice) and serve immediately.

    1/2 ounce Sor­rel Flower syrup 1 1/2 ounce 44 deg. North Huck­le­berry vodka 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice Gin­ger ale Fill a rocks glass with ice.  Com­bine syrup, vodka and lemon juice in a cock­tail shake and shake well.  Strain mix­ture into glass and fill with ginger ale.

    In a cock­tail shaker com­bine… 2 oz Cal­va­dos ¾ oz Strega ½ oz Cre­ole Shrubb ¼ oz fresh lemon juice 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bit­ters. Com­bine ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker and shake well.  Strain into a chilled cock­tail glass.  Gar­nish with a cherry.
