    1 ounce Goslings Gold Rum
    1 ounce Goslings Black Rum
    1/4 ounce sim­ple syrup
    3 thin slices cucum­ber
    1 lemon wedge
    3 to 4 chives
    pinch of white pep­per
    3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
    1/2 ounce Warm Gin­ger Cor­dial Syrup
    24k gold dust
    Squeeze Lemon wedge into sim­ple syrup and drop in a cock­tail shaker, add

  2. Soco Loco

    Mar­garita salt
    1 ½ oz Cabo Wabo reposado tequila
    1 oz South­ern Com­fort
    ½ oz  Sim­ple Syrup
    1 oz fresh Lime juice
    Rim ½ of the rim of a mar­tini glass with salt.  Com­bine tequila, South­ern Com­fort, sim­ple syrup and lime juice in a cock­tail shaker.  Shake well and strain into prepared glass.

  3. Audrey Saunder’s Gin Gin Mule

    ½ oz fresh lime juice
    ½ oz sim­ple syrup
    6 mint sprigs
    1/5 ozs Bom­bay gin
    ¾ oz gin­ger beer
    Mud­dle lime, sim­ple syrup and mint in a cock­tail shaker.  Add gin and gin­ger beer.  Shake well, pour over ice in a high­ball glass.  Top with soda and gar­nish with a wedge of lime.

  4. The Jack Rose Cocktail

    1 ½ ozs Laird’s Apple­jack
    1 oz fresh lime juice
    ½ oz  pome­gran­ate grena­dine
    Com­bine all ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker.  Strain into chilled mar­tini glass, gar­nish with a slice of lime.

  5. Sunset On The Rocks

    1 ½ oz Cre­ole Shrubb
    1 ½ oz Her­radura reposado tequila
    ¾ oz fresh lime juice
    ½ oz sim­ple syrup
    Splash of Amer­i­can Beauty Grena­dine
    Com­bine Cre­ole Shrubb, tequila, lime juice and sim­ple syrup in a shaker.  Shake well then pour into a rocks glass prepped with a gar­nish of lemon and orange peel.  Driz­zle Amer­i­can Beauty grena­dine on top.

  6. Singapore Sling

    1 ½ oz Tan­queray gin
    ½ oz cherry brandy
    ¼ oz Coin­treau
    ¼ oz Bene­dic­tine
    2 oz pineap­ple juice
    1 dash of Angos­tura bit­ters
    2 dashes grena­dine
    ½ oz fresh lime juice
    Splash of club soda
    Orange slice, for gar­nish
    Lime slice, for gar­nish
    Maraschino cherry, for garnish

  7. Sailor Jerry’s Snowball

    5–6 black­ber­ries
    1 oz pas­sion­fruit syrup
    ½ ouce fresh lime juice
    2 ounces of Sailor Jerry rum
    In a cock­tail shaker, mud­dle the black­ber­ries with the pas­sion­fruit syrup.  Add lime juice and rum.  Add ice, shake well and strain into a rocks glass.  Fill with crushed ice and gar­nish with 2–3 black­ber­ries on top of cock­tail.

  8. Mai Tai

    2 oz Mt. Gay rum
    ¾ oz orange cura­cao
    ¾ fresh lime
    ¼ oz orgeat
    Com­bine ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker and shake well. Strain into the coconut (optional) glass.  Fill glass with crushed ice.  Gar­nish with a mint sprig and lime.

  9. Lucky Palace Volcano

    6 ounces Sailor Jerry rum
    3 oz cran­berry juice
    1 oz fresh lime juice
    1 oz pineap­ple juice
    1/2 oz grena­dine.
    Com­bine ingre­di­ents in a shaker and shake with­out ice.  Pour mix­ture into a large vol­cano bowl.  Add ice, gar­nish with wedges of pineap­ples with cher­ries and umbrel­las.
