  5. Ramos Gin Fizz

    2 ounces half and half 1  1/2 ounce gin 1/2 ounce sim­ple syrup 1 tea­spoon fresh lemon juice 1 tea­spoon fresh lime juice 1 large egg white 1 dash orange flower extract 1 drop vanilla extract Com­bine all ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shake and shake vig­or­ously until frothy.  Strain into a rocks glass (with­out ice) and serve immediately.
