Key Lime Martini
1 oz. vanilla vodka
3/4 oz. Licor 43 orange liqueur
1/2 oz. fresh lime
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. half and half
Shake all ingredients very well and strain into a martini glass rimmed with graham cracker crumbles.
Garnish with a lime wheel. Served quickly as this cocktail will separate.

Fog Cutter
1 oz orange juice
1 oz lime
1 oz orgeat
1 oz Plymouth gin
1 oz brandy
1 oz passion fruit mixture
½ oz falernum
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Pour into tiki glass, add ice and garnish with lime, cherries, and an umbrella. -
Capriosca
2 slices of lime, sliced
¾ ounce simple syrup
2 ounces Reyka vodka
Place lime slices and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and muddle well. Add vodka and ice and shake well. Pour into a rocks glass and serve immediately.

1 sugar cube
1 1/2 ounces light rum
Up to 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup
