    2 ounces vodka
    2 ounces rum
    2 ounces triple sec
    2 ounces peach schnapps
    2 ounces each of cran­berry, orange and pineap­ple
    2 splashes of pome­gran­ate grena­dine
    1 maraschino cherry, for gar­nish
    1 orange slice, for gar­nish
    1 mint sprig, for gar­nish
    Com­bine all ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker with one cup of ice.  Shake and strain into

  2. Tickle Me Tiki

    1 ½ ounces 10 Cane rum
    1 ounce creme de banana
    1 oz cran­berry juice
    1 oz orange juice
    1 oz pineap­ple juice
    Com­bine ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker and shake well. Strain into small bev­er­age glass, gar­nish with umbrella, cherry and pineap­ple.

  3. The Calvados Cocktail

    1 ½ oz Cal­va­dos
    1 ½ oz orange juice
    ¾ oz Coin­treau
    ¾ oz Gary Regan’s orange bit­ters
    Com­bine ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker with ice.  Shake and strain into a chilled mar­tini glass.

  4. Prytania Street Punch

    1 oz Apple­ton rum
    1 oz Cruzan light rum
    1 oz orange juice
    1 oz pinepap­ple juice
    Small splash of grena­dine
    Build drink in large bev­er­age glass.  Stir, add ice and splash of grena­dine and gar­nish with 2–3 cher­ries, slices of lime, orange.

  5. Honalulu Cocktail

    2 ozs Ply­mouth gin
    1 oz orange juice
    1 oz pineap­ple juice
    ¾ oz lemon juice
    ½ oz sim­ple syrup
    1 dash Angos­tura bit­ters
    Com­bine ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a mar­tini glass and gar­nish with a twist of lemon and silk flower (optional).

  6. Harvey Wallbanger

    1 ½ oz vodka
    4 oz orange juice
    Gal­liano floater
    Orange slice & cherry for gar­nish
    Pour vodka and orange juice into a high­ball glass, fill glass with ice and fill to the top float Gal­liano.  Gar­nish with orange slice and cherry.

    1 oz orange juice
    1 oz lime
    1 oz orgeat
    1 oz Ply­mouth gin
    1 oz brandy
    1 oz pas­sion fruit mix­ture
    ½ oz faler­num
    Com­bine all ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker.  Pour into tiki glass, add ice and gar­nish with lime, cher­ries, and an umbrella.

    Makes 4 (or more) drinks
    8 ounces fresh orange juice
    6 ounces fresh lime juice
    6 ounces sim­ple syrup
    4 ounces light rum
    4 ounces dark rum
    4 ounces brandy
    4 ounces gin
    1/4 ounce almond extract
    Com­bine all ingre­di­ents in a pitcher with ice and mix.  Serve in tiki glasses or tall glasses.
