  1. New Old Fashioned

    2 ounces Abso­lut New Orleans Vodka
    1/4 ounce sim­ple syrup
    Slice of orange
    Slice of lemon
    1 Maraschino cherry
    Cracked pep­per gar­nish
    In the bot­tom of a glass or shaker, care­fully mud­dle the orange, lemon and cherry in the sim­ple syrup.  Remove orange and lemon rind.

    2 lime wedges, or more as needed
    1 sugar cube
    1 1/2 ounces light rum
    Up to 1 tea­spoon Sim­ple Syrup

  4. Soco Loco

    Mar­garita salt
    1 ½ oz Cabo Wabo reposado tequila
    1 oz South­ern Com­fort
    ½ oz  Sim­ple Syrup
    1 oz fresh Lime juice
    Rim ½ of the rim of a mar­tini glass with salt.  Com­bine tequila, South­ern Com­fort, sim­ple syrup and lime juice in a cock­tail shaker.  Shake well and strain into prepared glass.

  5. Ramos Gin Fizz

    2 ounces half and half
    1  1/2 ounce gin
    1/2 ounce sim­ple syrup
    1 tea­spoon fresh lemon juice
    1 tea­spoon fresh lime juice
    1 large egg white
    1 dash orange flower extract
    1 drop vanilla extract
    Com­bine all ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shake and shake vig­or­ously until frothy.  Strain into a rocks glass (with­out ice) and serve immediately.

  6. T. Williams Tea

    5 mint leaves
    1 orange sec­tion
    1 oz sim­ple syrup
    1 oz Abso­lut Cit­ron vodka
    1 oz triple sec
    2–3 ounces fresh iced tea
    In a large bev­er­age con­tainer, mud­dle mint, orange and sim­ple syrup.  Add vodka and triple sec.  Top with tea and add ice.  No gar­nish.

    Per­fectly fes­tive for your Autumn gath­er­ings!
    2 oz Wood­ford Reserve Bour­bon
    1/2 oz Fee Bros. Cor­dial Pump­kin Spice Syrup
    1/4 oz Man­darin Napoleon
    2 drops Black Cherry vinai­grette
    1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
    1/2 oz sim­ple syrup
    Fresh rosemary sprig

  8. Dale DeGroff’s Whiskey Smash

    2 slices lemon
    6–8 mint leaves
    ½ ounce orange cura­cao
    1/2 ounce sim­ple syrup
    2 ounces Maker’s Mark
    Mud­dle lemon, mint, orange cura­cao and sim­ple syrup in a cock­tail shaker.  Add Maker’s Mark and ice and shake well.  Strain into a rocks glass.  Fill with crushed ice and gar­nish with a big piece of mint.

  9. Audrey Saunder’s Gin Gin Mule

    ½ oz fresh lime juice
    ½ oz sim­ple syrup
    6 mint sprigs
    1/5 oz Bom­bay gin
    ¾ oz gin­ger beer
    Mud­dle lime, sim­ple syrup and mint in a cock­tail shaker.  Add gin and gin­ger beer.  Shake well, pour over ice in a high­ball glass.  Top with soda and gar­nish with a wedge of lime.

  10. Sunset On The Rocks

    1 1/2  ounce Cre­ole Shrubb
    1 1/2 ounce  reposado tequila
    3/4 oz fresh lime juice
    1/2 oz sim­ple syrup
    lemon peel
    orange peel
    splash of Amer­i­can Beauty grena­dine
    Com­bine Cre­ole Shrubb, tequila, lime juice and sim­ple syrup in a shaker.  Shake well then pour into a rocks glass prepped with a gar­nish of lemon and orange peel.  Driz­zle Amer­i­can Beauty grena­dine on top.
