  1. Satsuma Scotch Old Fashioned

    1 slice of sat­suma orange
    1 maraschino cherry
    1 sugar cube
    3–4 drops Gary Regan’s orange bit­ters
    ½ oz  sim­ple syrup
    2 oz Dewar’s Scotch
    In a rocks glass, mud­dle sat­suma, cherry and sugar cube.  Add bit­ters, sim­ple syrup and Dewar’s.  Add ice and serve imme­di­ately.

  2. Osceola Old Fashioned

    1 slice of tan­ger­ine
    1/3 of a slice of grape­fruit
    1/2 oz Sim­ple Syrup
    1  1/2 oz Rare Breed Wild Turkey
    In a rocks glass mud­dle the tan­ger­ine and grape­fruit.  Add Sim­ple syrup and Wild Turkey and ice.  Gar­nish with a slice of tan­ger­ine.

  3. Marlene Dietrich

    2 slices orange
    1 slice lemon
    2 ounces Wood­ford Reserve whiskey
    ½ ounce orange cura­cao
    3 dashes Angos­tura bit­ters
    ½ oz sim­ple syrup
    Pour ingre­di­ents into a cock­tail shaker and mud­dle. Be care­ful not to over­mud­dle.  Strain over ice in a rocks glass and gar­nish with 1 slice each of lemon and orange.

  4. Key Lime Martini

    1 oz. Stoli vanilla vodka
    3/4 oz. Licor 43 orange liqueur
    1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
    1/2 oz. sim­ple syrup
    1/2 oz. half and half
    gra­ham cracker crum­bles
    lime wheel
    Shake all ingre­di­ents very well and strain into a mar­tini glass rimmed with gra­ham cracker crum­bles.
    Gar­nish with a lime wheel.  Served quickly as this cock­tail will sep­a­rate.

  5. Honolulu Cocktail

    2 ounces Ply­mouth gin
    1 ounce orange juice
    1 ounce pineap­ple juice
    ¾ ounce lemon juice
    ½ ounce sim­ple syrup
    1 dash Angos­tura bit­ters
    Com­bine ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a mar­tini glass and gar­nish with a twist of lemon and silk flower (optional).

  6. Ginnifer Flowers

    2 ozs Ply­mouth gin
    1 ounce St. Ger­main
    .5 ozs lemon juice
    .5 oz sim­ple syrup
    Com­bine ingre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker with ice and shake well.  Strain into a chilled mar­tini glass.  Gar­nish with a flower (optional).

  7. Capriosca

    2 slices of lime, sliced
    ¾ ounce sim­ple syrup
    2 ounces Reyka vodka
    Place lime slices and sim­ple syrup in a cock­tail shaker and mud­dle well.  Add vodka and ice and shake well.  Pour into a rocks glass and serve imme­di­ately.

    2 ounces Hen­nessey VOS Cognac
    1 1/2 ounce Coin­treau
    1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
    1/2 ounce sim­ple syrup
    1/2 ounce Gran Marnier 100 Anniver­sary
    2 dashes of Fee Bros orange bitters
