Casablanca Cocktail
2 ounce Bombay Dry Gin ¾ ounce Sour Mix ½ ounce Cointreau splash Cranberry juice 4 dashes Cran/Orange bitters lemon twist Shake and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with long lemon twist.

Summertime Cooler
In a shaker combine… 1 ½ oz Ketel One citroen vodka 3 oz house made sour mix. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Lemon twist for garnish. — from Cafe Adelaide
